Your order will not be accepted until Rodex Grip confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. You should review your orders carefully before completing your purchase, as Rodex Grip may not be able to accommodate a cancellation request after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number you provided when placing the order.

We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for any shipping or delivery delays. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once we hand over the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you, without prejudice to any rights that applicable consumer law in your country of residence grants you in the event of loss or damage during transit.
